Medical-grade facial
What it is

HydraFacial is not a regular facial.

The word "facial" gets used for everything from a 60-minute spa massage with cucumber slices to a serious medical-grade skin treatment. HydraFacial is the latter. It uses a patented vortex tip that simultaneously delivers cleansers, exfoliants, extraction suction, and customizable serums in a controlled three-step protocol.

The result you'll notice: visibly cleaner pores, immediate glow, better skin hydration, easier makeup application. The result you'll notice over time: improved skin quality, fewer breakouts, smaller-looking pores, and a clear maintenance routine you can actually stick to.

This isn't a transformative treatment. It's a maintenance treatment. Done monthly, it keeps skin in its best baseline state. Done occasionally before events, it gives you a guaranteed glow. Both are valid; both work.

The three-step protocol.

Patented HydraFacial sequence. Same protocol every time, with serums customized to your skin.

— 01

Cleanse & peel

Vortex tip removes dead skin cells with a gentle glycolic/salicylic acid solution. This is the exfoliation phase — refreshing rather than abrasive.

~10 min
— 02

Extract & hydrate

Suction-based painless extraction clears debris from pores. Simultaneously infuses a hydrating serum so skin isn't left raw.

~15 min
— 03

Fuse & protect

Final infusion of antioxidants, peptides, or brightening serum — customized to your skin's needs. This is the part that delivers the immediate glow.

~10 min
— 04

Optional add-ons

LED light therapy (red for collagen, blue for acne) and lymphatic drainage massage extend results. Each adds 10–15 minutes.

What about cheaper "HydraFacials" elsewhere? HydraFacial is a patented branded device made by HydraFacial Co. Authorized providers pay for the device, the consumables, and the licensed serums. "HydraFacial"-named treatments under $100 are usually either (a) not using actual HydraFacial equipment and serums, or (b) cutting consumable costs in ways that reduce effectiveness. Ask about equipment and serums before booking anywhere.

★★★★★

"Monthly HydraFacial for a year now. The difference between this and the random spa facials I used to get is night and day — my skin actually looks better month-over-month, not just the day of. The membership pays for itself."

Questions

HydraFacial, practically.

Questions we hear most often. Bring anything else to your appointment.

How much does HydraFacial cost in the Bronx? +
Our Signature HydraFacial is $165, Deluxe (with custom serum) is $215, and Platinum (with lymphatic drainage and LED) is $295. Members on monthly cadence save 20% per session. Add-ons like LED therapy run $35–$45.
How often should I get a HydraFacial? +
Monthly is the standard cadence — your skin's natural cell turnover cycle is about 28 days, so monthly treatments align with that. Some patients do every 6 weeks for maintenance; others do weekly leading up to a major event. Less than monthly is fine for occasional glow but won't produce compounding results.
What's the difference between Signature, Deluxe, and Platinum? +
Signature is the standard 30-minute three-step protocol. Deluxe adds 15 minutes and a custom serum infusion based on your skin's needs (anti-aging, brightening, clarifying). Platinum extends to 60 minutes with both lymphatic drainage massage and LED light therapy included. We help you choose at booking based on your skin and time.
Is HydraFacial painful? +
Not at all. Most patients describe it as relaxing — the suction feels like a gentle vacuum, not an extraction. There's no heat, no needles, no chemicals strong enough to sting. Many patients fall asleep during the lymphatic drainage portion of Platinum sessions.
Can I wear makeup after? +
Yes — immediately. That's one of HydraFacial's main appeals. No downtime, no redness in most cases, makeup goes on better than usual. Many patients book HydraFacials the day of events for that reason.
Will it clear my acne? +
It can help, particularly with mild congestive acne and clogged pores. It's not a cure for severe or cystic acne — that requires a different treatment plan, often medical (topical/oral medications, sometimes laser). For active breakouts, mention this at booking; we may recommend a different protocol or a different treatment entirely.
Are there serum options for different skin types? +
Yes. Standard HydraFacial protocols include serums for dehydrated skin, oily/congested skin, hyperpigmentation, and anti-aging. Your provider selects the right one based on skin assessment at the start of your visit.
Can I do HydraFacial the same day as other treatments? +
Generally yes for compatible treatments like LED therapy and lymphatic drainage. Not appropriate the same day as chemical peels, laser, or microneedling — those need recovery time. Botox same-day is fine; filler same-day we typically do filler first, HydraFacial 2 weeks later.
