Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes — every new patient sees us for a free 30-minute consultation before any treatment. We assess your goals, screen for medical eligibility, and provide a written quote. You're under no obligation to book treatment after consulting. Many of our best long-term patients started with a consultation that ended with us recommending they wait.
What insurance do you accept?
Most cosmetic treatments aren't covered by insurance, by industry standard. For medical weight loss, we work with patients pursuing insurance coverage of GLP-1 medications and can provide documentation, but the program itself is paid out-of-pocket. We accept Cherry, CareCredit, and Affirm financing for larger treatments.
How is Bronx Med Spa different from a regular spa?
We operate under board-certified medical direction. That means injectables, laser treatments, and weight loss management happen with real medical oversight — not just a license technician's. It also means we can refuse to treat patients when treatment isn't appropriate. Our standards are clinical first, aesthetic second.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
For some treatments yes, depending on availability — Botox follow-ups, HydraFacials, and laser sessions can sometimes be booked same-day. New patients require a consultation first, which we typically schedule within 5–7 days. Call us for same-week availability.
What's the $50 new patient offer?
New patients who complete a consultation receive $50 off their first treatment. It applies to any service — injectables, laser, weight loss enrollment, skin treatments. The consultation itself is always free.
Are your providers licensed?
Yes. All injectable, laser, and medical procedures are performed by appropriately licensed providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, or physicians depending on the procedure) under board-certified medical direction. We provide licensing details on request at consultation.
